To ensure we can accommodate you, special arrangements are required for early or late arrivals (just give us a call!).
Rates are per night and based on double occupancy. A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay per room, plus tax, is required at the time reservation is made using Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards. The balance on the reservation is due at check-in, if applicable.
You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel with fewer than 14 days’ notice, you will be charged in full unless we can rebook the room. All refunds are subject to a $25 fee, per room. There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures. All cancellations must be confirmed.
- Weekends and holidays between mid-May and Oct 31 require a two-night minimum stay

Bella Rose Bed and Breakfast is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities.
