Bella Rose Bed and Breakfast is located in a lovingly restored Finger Lakes Victorian home in Canandaigua, New York.

Be Our Guests in 2026! We will continue to serve our 3 course breakfast to two of our three guest rooms at the same time in the 2026 high season (Ann Eliza’s Suite and Evie’s Chamber). (Our third room, Nelle’s Hideaway, will still be open for booking at a discounted rate since no breakfast will be included for Nelle’s.) In our upcoming high season (mid-May to Oct), please know we are continuing to seek a two night minimum stay and to refresh rooms every other night (rather than daily) as we continue to experience staff shortages. (And single nights are often available given how reservations fall or if a lighter weekday, so please call us at 585 393 9937 to determine if a particular single night is feasible.)

EXCITING DINING OPTION!  As a business member of Canandaigua Yacht Club, all guests of Bella Rose may have dinner at this casual and welcoming private club with a view of Canandaigua Lake from its screened in porch.  The food is solid, and the staff will take very good care of you!

All of this can be found nearly right out our front door, and yes, truly walkable! We have also lived in the Finger Lake region over 20 years and are very familiar  with its waterfalls, hiking, paddling and biking trails, golf courses, swimming beaches, antique stores, museums and many more fun activities.
